Red Card (Stage)

Jilly Began writing Red Card in 2007 after exploring how a child sees the world as magical, but how events in life can shatter that optimism.  Red Card was the for-runner for Jilly's screenplay Being Keegan, which is strongly based upon the play's characters and story.

The first act of Red Card was first performed at Cambridge's ADC Theatre in 2011, at their MaD Festival, produced by Write-On, and then again later that year at Swansea's Grand Theatre with a different director and cast.   She intends to re-work the second act and take it back to stage.
